What, what, WHAT!!! After the whole debacle of yesterday when they tried to blame me, they have suddenly realised that they have an "issue" in this area?! I'll bet they have... the issue being that it's not just me that has phoned them and asked "why the hell have you disconnected my home phoneline when I've only just sodding paid you?!?!?!"
What a pile of blame shifting bastards!! I wonder what the "issue" could be?! Could it be that someone is a complete and utter imbecile and they have been pressing the wrong damn button and disconnecting people for no good reason?!?! I doubt I'll ever bloody know... one thing I do know, though, is that if the phone is not reconnected within 8 hours, as soon as it does come back someone there is going to get a right bollocking!!
