I've heard it said that you feel that when you have learned one of the lessons that you chose to learn in this incarnation... not sure it that's true or not, but I'd like to believe it is.
It could also be because I am incredibly tired, but not an exhausted kind of tired, a good tired (I hope that makes sense? lol)
