For parking outside my own house!
Granted, my parking permit had expired, but the car is a disabled car, for my Father, and we sent off the paperwork to get a disabled parking permit at the end of January and we still haven't got it! The tax disc even has the word "disabled" written on it! If I hear that "we don't check tax discs" I think I will explode... the permit is just above the tax disc, and you can't see one without seeing the other, so that is lies!
Stupid me for just assuming that it would be logged down on their system that we were awaiting the disabled permit... obviously not! We did everything they said to do, even faxing over a copy of Dad's blue disabled parking badge for their records!
That is £40 that we now have to find, and all because people that are meant to do a job don't bloody do it!
