Just under seven hours ago I had the milk, and although the cabbage I had at 7.30 with my dinner has made me feel bloated and nauseous there is no way that it could have brought on the dreadful cramping, pain and diarrhoea I currently have (sorry for the TMI moment then). At least cabbage has never done that to me before anyway, given me flatulence and bloating, yes, but not pain and dreadful diarrhoea.
Seems like the milk is still not my friend, and it'll be at least a week before my system settles down again for me to try again :o( (this time not eating cabbage in the evening!)
