What the hell is happening?!

First my Nan has a stroke - and now my favourite uncle has had one and he's only 57!

I just don't understand how it could have happened, granted he's not the greatest at taking care of himself - and he does love booze and junk food, a bit too much if I'm honest, and he's quite stressed out about Nan - but even so :o(

My other uncle and his wife are still with him - apparently he can't speak at the moment but he's got feeling in his arms and legs which is good news. They're giving him meds to help dissolve the clot in his brain and hopefully that should return his speech - hopefully.

I've no idea just what happens now - we have limited funds and can't really afford to go and visit Nan and also now go and see my uncle as the hospitals are miles apart. I guess we just have to wait and see how he is and go from there :o(

One of the negatives is the way I deal with stress - it knocks me out and I simply fall asleep! Hardly useful *sigh*
