It seems that since turning veggie that I've lost weight! I've not exercised anymore, but I seem to have lost 12 pounds (which I was disappointed about until it was pointed out to me that it's almost a stone!)
I've noticed that my fingers and wrists seem smaller, and some of my clothes are looser, too. It was that which prompted me to go and get weighed (which I can only do in Boots as I'm too heavy for regular scales).
All things considered, I feel quite chuffed about that.
